The project is based on the achievement of four (4) main objectives:
1. To engage directly with the target groups and create a dynamic and interactive environment for them to express openly their digital literacy needs, challenges, and concerns.
2. To develop comprehensive training materials, customized to the specific digital needs and skill gaps of women above 45 years old, considering their unique backgrounds and challenges, and covering four (4) important areas of digital literacy, namely digital marketing, website development, social media management, and data analysis.
3. To apply the training curriculum in action, by engaging with the target groups in real time, informal teaching activities, providing both theoretical and hands-on experience in real-world scenarios.
4. To facilitate peer-to-peer learning for digital skills and cooperation/networking opportunities for real-world projects, through a platform that will serve as an open space for sharing and exchanging ideas and experiences.
